Story

Brazilian roots,
European branches.

I grew up in Brazil and built my career across fintech, healthcare, and tech — always at the intersection of people, strategy, and organizational change.

Over 12 years I've worked with teams in hypergrowth, post-merger integration, and large-scale organizational change. I've seen what happens when organizations force growth. I help them let it happen instead.

Today I'm based in Hamburg, working across Europe and Latin America — and still learning something new every cycle.

Agile Beer São Paulo

Co-founder & lead coordinator (2018–2022). Monthly events with 3,000+ community members. Full production: speakers, venue, tech, branding.

Talks & Panels

Regular speaker on evolution, team culture, agility, and AI ethics. Available in Portuguese and English.

Teaching

Lecturer at Fired Up GmbH on agile practices and organizational evolution. Connecting theory to what actually happens in the room.
